🇺🇸 Today, GCS continued our beloved tradition of honoring local veterans with a heartfelt Veterans Day ceremony. Our students had the special opportunity to meet veterans, sing patriotic songs, attend a flag-raising ceremony, and hear powerful stories of service. Later, middle and high school students spent time with the veterans, asking questions and gaining insights about their experiences. We're so grateful to our veterans for their service and for spending this meaningful day with us!
Our National Junior Honor Society is currently running a food drive for the Geneseo/Groveland Food Pantry. We are accepting non-perishable foods and also personal hygiene products. The food drive runs until December 12th and there are collection boxes in the foyer at the main entrance. All donations are greatly appreciated.
